Come ‘Round to Milliken
Welcome to the building permitting and inspection page for the Town of Milliken. Milliken has contracted ProCode Inc. to provide permitting and building inspection services. This page contains general guidance, helpful hints, and other related resources to help you with questions you may have about the application and inspection processes.
The Town of Milliken requires ALL contractors to register online per Milliken Municipal Code Section 6-4-10.
Please use this link https://milliken.cascadesoftware.net/Account/SignIn to register your company and any users that you would like to have access to the software. This includes anyone with your company that would need to schedule inspections, apply for permits, or have access to your online permit information.
Once you register, please email a copy of the Owner of the company’s driver’s license, Proof of General Liability Insurance with the Town of Milliken as Certificate Holder, and any State and/or ICC Certifications you may have. Plumbing and electrical contractors are required to provide the Town of Milliken current and active State License information.
Please note: your Contractor License will not be approved until payment is received and all documents have been emailed. To make a payment and/or if you have questions or concerns, please contact the Community Development Department at 970.652.5224.
Relevant information pertaining to Milliken’s guidelines and answers to many common questions can be found in the resources and documents that follow. If you have specific questions, please contact us and a ProCode representative will get back to you promptly.
