Jonathan Gesick

Jonathan Gesick is a Certified Building Official and the owner of ProCode, Inc. As a successful business owner and entrepreneur raised in Northern Colorado, he has devoted his career to advancing the contracting, construction, and building inspection industries in communities across the region. His hands-on experience as a county building inspector in Colorado and Wyoming give him unique insights into what it takes to deliver outstanding service to municipalities and the builder/contractor communities alike.

When he’s not working directly with clients or leading the ProCode team, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children. He also enjoys outdoor activities like boating, hiking, and fishing.

Jose Gonzalez

Jose Gonzalez brings considerable industry expertise to his role as a Building Official and Commercial Plans Examiner for Procode, Inc. Jose began his career as a Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Brighton before shifting his focus to county governments—ultimately joining ProCode in 2021. He is a certified inspector for residential building, commercial building, residential electrical, and commercial plumbing. He is also a certified building and mechanical plans examiner.

Jose, his wife, and their three children make their home in Greeley. He is a big fan of Colorado’s great outdoors, listing fishing, hunting, skiing, and watching sports among his favorite pastimes. Jose holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law Enforcement with a minor in business administration from Western Oregon University.

Tammi Calhoun

Tammi Calhoun is a veteran of the municipal permitting world and often the first person you will meet at ProCode, Inc., lending her considerable experience to our team as a Permit Technician. She is responsible for inputting and issuing residential and commercial building permits, contractor and business licenses, and certificates of occupancy for our clients while interfacing with myriad stakeholders associated with building projects.

Tammi has four grown children, which leaves her just enough time to pursue cooking, camping, hiking, snowshoeing, paddleboarding, and travel as her hobbies outside of work.

Dan Cantu

Dan Cantu is a Combination Residential Building Inspector with ProCode and holds Master Electrician and Electrical Contractor licenses from the State of Colorado. Dan joined the ProCode team in 2019 with extensive industry experience having serve in multiple roles, from business owner to company president to project manager. He is highly skilled at performing inspections, overseeing on-site project activity, ensuring conformance with approved plans, and coordinating with myriad stakeholders involved in construction projects.

Robert Warkentin

Robert Warkentin is a Northern Colorado product through and through. With more than two decades in the industry to his credit, Robert brings considerable local experience to his role as a Combination Residential Building Inspector with ProCode, Inc. Robert joined our team in 2019 and received certification in P1 Plumbing, M1 Mechanical, and B1 Building inspection. He inspects single family and multifamily homes, decks, pools, additions, and more.

Robert is married and has two children. Outside of work, Robert enjoys honing his skills as a musician by playing piano and singing.

Dennis Lohmeier

Dennis Lohmeier is a Residential Plan Reviewer, working with municipalities and applicants to review submitted plans for new homes, decks, basement finishes, and other projects requiring code compliance. His list of certifications is extensive, and his hands-on experience as a building inspector and plans examiner spans nearly 20 years.

Dennis and his wife have two adult children and seven grandchildren. A Northern Colorado native, he studied at both the University of Colorado and the University of Northern Colorado. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking, fishing, spending time with his grandchildren, and doing his own improvement and construction projects around the house.

Tori Tomasino

Tori Tomasino is a Master Electrician and Combination Building Inspector for ProCode, Inc. His depth of expertise translates into outstanding service for our clients with experience drawn from roles as a Civil Technology Inspector at Denver Municipal Airport as well as a building inspector for multiple Northern Colorado employers. He possesses a wide array of technical skills ranging from project management and quality assurance to software development, data analytics, and machine learning.

Tori and his wife of 30 years raised three boys together, which is no small feat in and of itself. But he always makes time for playing baseball, enjoying a round of golf, and especially spending time with family and friends.

Dennis McMonigle

Dennis McMonigle joined the ProCode team in 2021 as the Director of Sales. He spearheads the company’s business development activity, meeting with leaders in the Northern Colorado building community and establishing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships and fielding inquiries about our services. Dennis has been in sales nearly his entire career. His outgoing personality and passion for meeting new people—along with his familiarity with building inspection and permitting software—make him ideally suited for his role.

Building relationships is integral to who Dennis is as a person, and that includes his life outside of work. He has two amazing daughters with whom he enjoys spending much of time, outdoors whenever possible. Camping, fishing, riding mountain trails, flying planes, and going to baseball games are some of his favorite activities.
