Dennis Lohmeier

Dennis Lohmeier is a Residential Plan Reviewer, working with municipalities and applicants to review submitted plans for new homes, decks, basement finishes, and other projects requiring code compliance. His list of certifications is extensive, and his hands-on experience as a building inspector and plans examiner spans nearly 20 years.

Dennis and his wife have two adult children and seven grandchildren. A Northern Colorado native, he studied at both the University of Colorado and the University of Northern Colorado. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking, fishing, spending time with his grandchildren, and doing his own improvement and construction projects around the house.
